Overview

Groupe Perspective is seeking a Technicien.ne en Administration to join their dynamic team in Lévis, Quebec. The role involves overseeing financial operations and ensuring accurate accounting validations within a growing real estate development company that values inclusion and teamwork.

Key responsibilities

  • Maintain bookkeeping and prepare monthly internal financial statements
  • Produce monthly GST/QST declarations
  • Collaborate in monitoring accounts payable, billing, and accounts receivable
  • Assist in cash management and financial analysis
  • Prepare financing application files
  • Support year-end financial documentation and annual financial statements
  • Produce and analyze various internal and external financial reports
  • Help develop and revise annual budgets
  • Perform other related tasks as needed

Required skills

  • Technical diploma in administration or Bachelor's in business administration with a focus on accounting
  • Minimum 10 years of experience as an administration technician, including at least 5 years in a very small business in a
  • Minimum 5 years of experience for a bachelor's degree holder in a similar role in a very small business
  • Excellent proficiency in French (oral and written)
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Word, and Acrobat
  • Analytical skills, critical thinking, and an eye for detail
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work collaboratively in a team
