SM Informatique inc. is seeking a Level 3 IT Technician for their expanding team in Victoriaville, Quebec. The role involves providing technical support to clients, both in-person and remotely, and requires a strong background in various technologies.

Key responsibilities

  • Assist and support clients in-person or remotely
  • Diagnose and resolve network issues
  • Install and configure devices such as computers, routers, and servers
  • Provide technical support for Microsoft 365 and VMware
  • Configure and manage backup systems

Required skills
