Overview

Gestion Rémabec inc. is seeking a technician for its IT support team. The role involves ensuring the optimal functioning of computers, printers, IP phones, and other equipment provided to users, as well as addressing complex incidents related to these technologies.

Key responsibilities

  • Install, configure, and repair computers, printers, and other user peripherals
  • Participate in incident management and problem management processes
  • Ensure optimal functioning of user devices and their reliability and security
  • Design guides and procedures for users and for other IT technicians
  • Perform other related tasks as requested

Required skills

  • Diploma in computer studies
  • Knowledge of Windows operating systems
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role
  • Knowledge of network services is an asset
