Overview

The Service Technician at Ressler Motor Group is responsible for performing various automotive services including diagnostics and maintenance on Chrysler, Dodge, RAM, and Jeep vehicles. The role emphasizes delivering exceptional customer service while efficiently handling vehicle repairs and inspections.

Key responsibilities

  • Communicate with the Service Advisor to determine work scope and acknowledge customer wait times
  • Perform thorough 21-point vehicle maintenance inspection reports
  • Advise Service Advisor on recommended services and necessary repairs
  • Complete work per repair order with efficiency and accuracy
  • Perform oil changes, tire rotations, and fluid checks
  • Run diagnostics to identify necessary repairs
  • Inspect all fluid levels in the vehicle and maintain lubrication equipment
  • Document all service actions on repair orders
  • Maintain an organized and clean work area
