Overview In this role you will build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for Software Development Engineer and Security Engineer roles in a fast-paced IT services environment. You will partner with recruiters and hiring managers to calibrate profiles and execute proactive sourcing strategies. You will engage passive candidates, screen for technical fit, and move talent through the recruiting funnel while managing multiple searches. You will use data-driven metrics to improve throughput and stakeholder communication.
