Overview

The Technical Sales Representative at Condux International is responsible for driving sales growth and expanding market share through technical presentations and customer engagement. This role requires the representative to develop strong relationships with clients, conduct product demonstrations, and provide sales support while traveling extensively to meet customers in the field.

Key responsibilities

  • Prepare and deliver technical presentations on products to customers
  • Discuss equipment needs and system requirements with clients
  • Generate high-quality sales leads and manage the sales process
  • Evaluate and solve customer technical requirements and issues
  • Train sales team members on technical product aspects
  • Maintain strong professional relationships with existing clients
  • Attend industry conferences and seminars to enhance knowledge
  • Utilize Salesforce CRM to manage customer feedback and sales strategies

Required skills

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, marketing, business administration, or similar
  • Experience in sales, preferably in the technology/utility field
  • Strong customer service and analytical skills
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Strong negotiating and problem-solving skills
  • Fluency in English; Spanish is desirable
  • Valid driver's license and ability to secure DOT approval
