Job Description

Overview

As a Technical Project Manager at LTIMindtree, you will serve as the primary point of contact for managing the end-to-end implementation of products for clients. This role involves coordinating various aspects of the project, analyzing client business requirements, and ensuring on-time delivery while collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

  • Coordinate all aspects of product implementation including kickoff, configuration, testing, staging, and deployment.
  • Analyze client business requirements and review the statement of work.
  • Establish shared goals with clients and set the project plan while defining clear roles and responsibilities.
  • Drive accountability for project deadlines and deliverables.
  • Provide regular project updates to stakeholders, identify dependencies, and resolve issues.
  • Manage cross-functional interactions and programs for multiple client implementations.
  • Document incidents and issues for troubleshooting and complex technical management.
  • Track end-to-end product implementation, ensuring on-time delivery and adherence to budget.
  • Analyze operational metrics and maintain operational scorecards and KPIs.
  • Plan and allocate resources for client implementation.

Required skills

  • 5 years' experience in technical project management
  • Experience in payments and B2B eCommerce
  • BS degree or equivalent education or certifications
  • Technical experience with Microsoft technologies, including MS Projects, JIRA, and Confluence
  • Knowledge of data pathing across source systems and application environments
  • Technical experience with large enterprise ERPs like Oracle JDE Edwards, Oracle EBS, and SAP ECC
  • Understanding of API calls and related network settings
  • Experience with payment product platforms and large-scale API integrations
  • Knowledge of card payment flows including tokenization, authorization, capture, settlement, and refunds
  • PMP or equivalent project management certification
  • Ability to manage executive-level stakeholders and lead cross-functional incident resolution efforts
