Overview

Transducers Direct is seeking a motivated and organized Technical Inside Sales professional to join their team in Cincinnati, Ohio. The ideal candidate will manage strategic accounts, particularly focusing on OEM customers, while also identifying and developing new sales opportunities. This role involves providing world-class customer service and technical solutions, playing a critical part in the company's long-term growth.

Key responsibilities

  • Defend and grow sales in the company's top strategic OEM customers.
  • Identify and develop new OEM customers by presenting technical product advantages.
  • Ensure a positive customer experience and exceed their expectations.
  • Act as a technical resource for customers and the sales team.

Required skills

  • 3-5 years of business-to-business sales experience
  • Strong phone skills and experience as a sales hunter
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Superior problem-solving abilities
  • Electrical and mechanical aptitude; technical degree is a plus
  • Willingness to travel to customer sites and tradeshows (approximately 10%)
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent business experience
