KEY QUALIFICATIONS Extensive experience in Aluminum Extrusion, Aluminum Metallurgy & Automotive Industry Strong technical and scientific skills relating to the science behind aluminum alloys, design and the effect Strong background in alloy design & billet production Proven ability to lead technical teams focused on innovation, CI & customer solutions Strong business acumen, including budgeting, cost control, and KPI management Excellent communication & stakeholder engagement skills across commercial, technical & operational teams 3060% travel required (potentially higher if remote), including occasional international travel EDUCATION: Masters or PhD in Metallurgy, Materials Science, Engineering, or related discipline K EY RESPONSIBILITIES Include: Connect commercial, technical, and operational functions.
