Overview

The Team/Crew Member position at Sonic involves performing various operational duties to ensure high-quality service and product delivery to guests. This nonexempt role requires teamwork and compliance with company operational standards, including sanitation and food preparation tasks.

Key responsibilities

  • Perform station duties including food preparation and drive-thru service
  • Comply with company policies and operational standards
  • Conduct regular cleaning and sanitation duties
  • Report customer or employee complaints to the Manager on Duty
  • Move and stock food products weighing up to 50 pounds
  • Perform other job-related duties as assigned
