Overview

The Team Lead for Commercial Banking at National Bank in Regina plays a strategic leadership role focused on guiding a team of Commercial Account Managers. Key responsibilities

  • Manage a team of account managers and ensure strong performance across sales and operations

  • Draft and execute the annual business plan for the market
  • Build and maintain lasting client relationships through acquisition and retention activities

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field and 10 years of relevant experience, or a Master's degree and 8 years of relevant e
  • Significant experience with commercial clients and complex financing structures
  • Strong personnel management and sales coaching experience
  • Ability to develop and execute strategic business development plans
  • Experience in negotiation and maximizing use of sales management tools
  • Knowledge of the Private Wealth Management sector is an asset
  • Strong influence, leadership, and organizational skills
  • Fluency in English and French
