Overview

As a Team Lead at Foxtrot Market, you will be responsible for leading a team to deliver an exceptional customer experience. You will manage daily operations, work alongside team members during peak times, and set the tone for a positive work environment.

Key responsibilities

  • Lead by example to create a welcoming and safe work environment
  • Educate and assist customers on products and store layout
  • Delegate tasks to team members for effective operations
  • Complete store opening and closing tasks as a trusted key holder
  • Assist in training new employees
  • Prepare and serve café menu items
  • Manage inventory tasks and problem-solve issues
  • Provide a seamless experience for online customers

Required skills

  • Previous supervisor or leadership experience
  • Strong communication skills (written and spoken)
  • Ability to lift up to 40 pounds
  • Outgoing and personable demeanor
  • Passion for high-quality food and beverages
  • Ability to complete Barista Certification and other required certifications
  • Flexibility to adjust to business needs
