Overview

As a Team Lead at Foxtrot Market, you will be responsible for leading a team to deliver exceptional customer experiences and support business operations. Your role encompasses shift management, team coaching, and ensuring the overall quality of service and products offered to customers.

Key responsibilities

  • Lead by example and create a welcoming work environment.
  • Educate and assist customers with inquiries about products.
  • Serve as a point of contact for team members in the absence of management.
  • Train new store team members during onboarding.
  • Delegate tasks to ensure smooth operations.
  • Complete store opening and closing tasks as a key holder.
  • Prepare and serve café menu items, including barista duties.
  • Maintain inventory and merchandising in the store.

Required skills

  • Leadership and team management experience
  • Customer service skills
  • Strong communication skills (written and spoken)
  • Ability to lift up to 40 pounds
  • Outgoing personality with customer interaction enjoyment
  • Barista skills and willingness to complete certification
