Overview

Zach Theater is looking for passionate and skilled Teaching Artists to join their Conservatory Acting Program, providing instruction in Acting, Voice, Movement, and Speech. The role involves working independently to create an inclusive and supportive learning environment for young performers while upholding the mission of the theater.

Key responsibilities

  • Teach classes in Acting, Voice, Movement, and Speech for students aged 13-18
  • Design, develop, and deliver curricula for classes
  • Communicate effectively with families, students, and staff
  • Write student evaluations and substitute teach as needed
  • Create an inclusive classroom environment prioritizing students' social and emotional well-being
  • Adhere to student and parent handbooks and safety guidelines

Required skills
