Overview

CFS is seeking a Business Development Manager targeting teachers transitioning to sales or account management roles. This position emphasizes building and maintaining client relationships while pursuing new business opportunities in a variety of industries.

Key responsibilities

  • Build and maintain client relationships through consistent communication and networking
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research and outreach
  • Partner with internal team members to deliver best-in-class service
  • Provide exceptional follow-up and client support

Required skills

  • 1-5 years of professional experience
  • Teaching experience encouraged
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Self-motivated and performance-driven

What the company offers

  • Base salary of $50,000 - 60,000 plus uncapped commissions
  • Average year 1 OTE of $65,000 - $80,000 and year 2 and beyond $75,000 - 100,000
