Overview

L.E. Cox Medical Centers is seeking a Teacher for the North Learning Center in Lake Spring, Missouri. The role involves maintaining a safe learning environment and promoting the development of children from 6 weeks to 12 years of age. The Teacher will assist Lead Teachers with academic and non-academic activities and will engage in various daily tasks related to child care.

Key responsibilities

  • Maintain a safe and healthy learning environment
  • Assist Lead Teachers with planning and coordinating activities
  • Teach and carry out learning objectives for all ages and classrooms
  • Greet parents and children at drop-off and pick-up
  • Perform daily tasks such as diapering, laundry, and cleaning
  • Comply with state mandated child/staff ratios and regulations
