  • Adhere to NBCC policies and procedures

  • Obtain and maintain Pediatric First Aid and CPR certification
  • Engage in self-assessment and participate in job performance evaluations
  • Assist in maintaining a safe environment for children
  • Foster meaningful parent relationships through open communication
