Overview

Intuit is seeking Tax Associates - Retail On-Site to join their dynamic team in TurboTax locations across the US on a seasonal basis. This role focuses on tax preparation, community engagement, and building long-term customer relationships while helping clients navigate their tax needs and maximize their financial outcomes.

Key responsibilities

  • Engage with new prospects and nurture leads to convert them into long-term clients.
  • Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for clients with diverse tax situations.
  • Facilitate discovery sessions to uncover deductions and provide future tax planning advice.
  • Create an exceptional customer experience by connecting personally with clients.
  • Work on-site and utilize TurboTax marketing support and software to drive business growth.
  • Participate in local events and marketing to promote TurboTax within the community.

Required skills

  • Minimum 3 years of experience filing 50 or more federal and state individual tax returns per season
  • Proficient in tax preparation software and CRM/sales tools
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills are a plus
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
  • Knowledge of Circular 230 and tax advisory services.
