Overview

Intuit is seeking motivated individuals to join their team as Tax Associates - Retail On-Site, specifically in a new TurboTax location on a seasonal basis. This role combines tax expertise with community engagement, focusing on helping customers navigate their tax needs and establishing long-term relationships.

Key responsibilities

  • Act as a Proactive Community Ambassador, representing TurboTax and engaging with potential clients.
  • Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax preparation services for clients.
  • Facilitate discovery sessions and tax reviews to uncover deductions and maximize refunds.
  • Create exceptional customer experiences through professionalism and genuine interest in helping clients.
  • Address client inquiries and assist with tax-related challenges.

Required skills

  • Understanding of tax preparation and filing, especially for individual 1040 tax returns
  • Proficiency in professional tax preparation software
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Adaptability to changing environments and client needs
  • Experience in holistic tax advisory services
  • Bilingual communication skills (English/Spanish) are a plus
