Overview

Intuit is seeking motivated Tax Associates for seasonal roles at TurboTax locations across the United States. This position combines tax expertise with community engagement to assist customers in navigating their tax needs and building long-term client relationships.

Key responsibilities

  • Serve as a proactive community ambassador for TurboTax
  • Engage with prospects and convert them into long-term clients
  • Provide hands-on tax advice and preparation services
  • Facilitate discovery sessions and tax reviews for clients
  • Create exceptional customer experiences through professionalism
  • Address client inquiries and help them overcome tax-related challenges
  • Leverage TurboTax marketing support to build a thriving business

Required skills

  • Tax preparation and filing experience (minimum of 3 years)
  • Familiarity with federal and state tax regulations (Circular 230)
  • Ability to obtain related State licenses and an active PTIN
  • Proficient with tax preparation software and CRM tools
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Adaptability to a fast-paced and evolving work environment
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills are a plus
