Overview

Intuit is seeking highly motivated individuals to join their team as Tax Associates - Retail On-Site in various TurboTax locations across the United States on a seasonal basis. The role combines tax expertise and community engagement to assist customers in navigating their tax needs while promoting TurboTax's services.

Key responsibilities

  • Represent TurboTax as a proactive community ambassador and engage with new prospects.
  • Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for clients.
  • Facilitate discovery sessions to uncover deductions and provide tax planning advice.
  • Create an exceptional customer experience through professionalism and genuine interest.
  • Interact with customers both in-person and virtually.
  • Build long-term relationships and drive customer loyalty.

Required skills

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience filing 50 or more federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per season using profes
  • Knowledge of Circular 230.
  • Active Preparer Tax Identification Number (PTIN).
  • Ability to work a flexible 25-34 hour schedule, including evenings and weekends.
  • Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
  • Proficient with technology, including tax preparation software and CRM/sales tools.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills are a plus.
