Overview

Intuit is looking for motivated Tax Associates - Retail On-Site to join their team on a seasonal basis, helping customers navigate their tax needs in local TurboTax locations. This role focuses on customer engagement, tax preparation, and community outreach, while supporting Intuit's mission of empowering prosperity through tax expertise.

Key responsibilities

  • Serve as a proactive community ambassador for TurboTax, engaging with prospects and nurturing leads.
  • Provide hands-on tax advice and preparation services for personal and business tax situations.
  • Facilitate discovery sessions and tax reviews to identify deductions and minimize tax liabilities.
  • Create exceptional customer experiences through professionalism and genuine interest in client financial goals.
  • Interact with clients in-person and via video communication tools.
  • Participate in local marketing and community events.

Required skills

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience filing 50 or more federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per tax season using pr
  • Active Preparer Tax Identification Number (PTIN) and ability to obtain related state licenses.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient with tax preparation software and CRM/sales tools.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including afternoons, evenings, and weekends.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills are a plus.
