Overview

Intuit is seeking motivated Tax Associates to join their team on a seasonal basis at TurboTax locations. This role combines tax expertise and community engagement, helping customers navigate their tax needs while fostering long-term relationships.

Key responsibilities

  • Represent TurboTax as a community ambassador to attract new customers.
  • Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for clients.
  • Facilitate tax reviews and discovery sessions to optimize deductions and refunds.
  • Create an exceptional customer experience and build trust with clients.
  • Interact with customers in-person and through video communication tools.

Required skills

  • 3+ years of experience filing 50+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per season using professional tax softwa
  • Proficient in technology, including tax preparation software and CRM tools
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills are a plus
  • Comfortable navigating evolving work environments
