Overview

Intuit is looking for motivated individuals to join their team as Tax Associates - Retail On-Site during the tax season. In this role, you will leverage your tax expertise to help customers with tax return preparation and advice, fostering strong relationships within the local community while promoting TurboTax's services. This position requires on-site work at TurboTax locations across the United States.

Key responsibilities

  • Act as a community ambassador to represent TurboTax and engage new prospects.
  • Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for clients.
  • Facilitate tax reviews to uncover deductions and minimize tax liabilities.
  • Create exceptional customer experiences and build long-term trust.
  • Interact with clients in-person and through video communication tools.

Required skills

  • Minimum 3 years of experience filing federal and state tax returns.
  • Familiarity with professional tax preparation software and Circular 230.
  • Flexible availability for 25-34 hours weekly, including evenings and weekends.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency with technology, including tax software and CRM tools.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills are a plus.
