Key responsibilities

  • Review tax adjustments to financial statements
  • Manage client engagements and expectations effectively
  • Ensure clear communication on deadlines and expectations with clients
  • Establish project budgets and due dates
  • Complete engagements on time and within budget
  • Handle firm administrative duties assigned by partners

Required skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Taxation
  • CPA License or eligibility to take the CPA exam preferred
  • Experience using tax preparation software
  • Excellent analytical and technical skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work in cross-functional teams
  • Capacity to manage multiple projects
  • Motivation to meet client deadlines
