Key Responsibilities Lead preparation and review of federal, state, and local income tax returnsManage quarterly and annual tax provisions (ASC 740)Prepare and review estimated tax payments and extensionsSupport tax audits and respond to regulatory inquiriesMaintain and reconcile income tax accounts and journal entriesConduct tax research and monitor changes in tax lawPartner with internal teams on tax planning and forecastingIdentify opportunities to improve processes and drive efficienciesSupport strategic initiatives and business growth from a tax perspective What You Bring Bachelors degree in Accounting (CPA or Masters preferred)58+ years of experience in tax accounting / income tax complianceStrong understanding of ASC 740 and corporate tax reportingExperience with tax software (Corptax, OneSource, or similar)Ability to operate both strategically and hands-onStrong communication skills and ability to partner cross-functionally
