Overview

Revolution Group, LLC is seeking a Tax Manager to enhance tax operations for a high-complexity client base, primarily ultra-high-net-worth individuals. The role involves preparing tax returns, improving operational processes, and delivering exceptional client service in a collaborative advisory environment.

Key responsibilities

  • Prepare individual and business tax returns for UHNW clients
  • Manage tax filing workflows with accuracy and timeliness
  • Ensure compliance with federal and state tax regulations
  • Improve and maintain tax onboarding processes
  • Build scalable workflows to support a growing client base
  • Identify opportunities for automation and efficiency improvements
  • Partner with the Senior Tax Advisor to align execution with planning
  • Coordinate with advisors on client data, documentation, and timelines
  • Support client-facing tax delivery and communication
  • Ensure accuracy and completeness of all filings

Required skills

  • CPA license
  • 3-7+ years of tax preparation or public accounting experience
  • Strong knowledge of federal and state tax laws
  • Experience with individual and business tax return preparation
  • Experience with high-net-worth clients preferred
  • Strong organizational and systems-thinking ability
  • Detail-oriented with high standards for accuracy
  • Tech-forward mindset for automation and workflow tools
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
