Overview

Intuit is looking for dedicated Tax Experts to work at TurboTax locations in Fort Worth, Texas on a seasonal basis. This role involves combining tax expertise with community engagement to assist customers in navigating their tax needs, driving customer loyalty, and fostering positive financial outcomes through the use of TurboTax products.

Key responsibilities

  • Serve as a community ambassador for TurboTax, engaging with prospects and nurturing leads.
  • Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax preparation for clients, addressing both simple and complex tax situations.
  • Facilitate tax discovery sessions and reviews to optimize deductions and provide future planning advice.
  • Create exceptional customer experiences through professionalism and genuine interest in helping clients.
  • Interact with customers in-person and via video communication tools.
  • Build long-term relationships with clients to ensure customer loyalty.

Required skills

  • Active EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney credential.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience filing federal and state individual 1040 tax returns.
  • Knowledge of tax laws and familiarity with Circular 230.
  • Proficient in using professional tax preparation software and CRM/sales tools.
  • Strong customer service skills and exceptional verbal and written communication.
  • Bilingual communication skills (English/Spanish) are a plus.
  • Adaptability to evolving work environments and continuous feedback.
