Overview

Intuit is looking for passionate Tax Experts who will work on-site in TurboTax locations during tax season. This role blends tax expertise with community engagement, empowering customers to navigate their tax needs while establishing long-term client relationships.

Key responsibilities

  • Act as a community ambassador for TurboTax, engaging with potential clients and nurturing leads
  • Provide hands-on tax advice and preparation services for various tax situations
  • Conduct discovery sessions and tax reviews to identify deductions and minimize tax liabilities
  • Deliver exceptional customer experiences through professionalism and genuine interest
  • Utilize Intuit TurboTax products effectively to support clients both in-person and virtually

Required skills

  • Active EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney credential with strong tax preparation experience
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience filing federal and state individual 1040 tax returns
  • Familiarity with Circular 230 and maintaining an active Preparer Tax Identification Number (PTIN)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient with tax preparation software and CRM/sales tools
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills are a plus
