Overview

Intuit is seeking Tax Consultants (Enrolled Agents) to join their team as seasonal Tax Experts at TurboTax locations across the United States. This role involves tax preparation and advice, community engagement, and building customer relationships to help clients navigate their financial needs while supporting Intuit's mission of 'Powering Prosperity Around the World.'

Key responsibilities

  • Act as a community ambassador for TurboTax, engaging with new prospects and converting them into long-term clients.
  • Provide tax advice and complete preparation services for clients, handling a range of tax situations.
  • Facilitate discovery sessions and tax reviews to maximize deductions and refunds.
  • Ensure an exceptional customer experience through professionalism and genuine interest in client financial goals.
  • Utilize TurboTax marketing support and software to foster business growth.

Required skills

  • Active EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney credential with strong tax preparation experience.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience filing 50 or more federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per season using profes
  • Proficiency in tax preparation software and CRM/sales tools.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Bilingual communication skills (English/Spanish) are a plus.
  • Experience in holistic tax advisory services is beneficial.
