Overview

Intuit is looking for motivated individuals to join as Tax Consultants (Enrolled Agents) in a seasonal role at TurboTax locations. This position focuses on providing tax expertise, community engagement, and building long-term relationships with clients to help them navigate their tax needs and achieve positive financial outcomes.

Key responsibilities

  • Act as a proactive community ambassador representing TurboTax.
  • Engage with prospects and convert them into long-term clients.
  • Conduct local events and marketing initiatives to make tax topics accessible.
  • Provide hands-on tax advice and preparation services for TurboTax clients.
  • Facilitate tax reviews and future planning advice to minimize tax liabilities.
  • Deliver exceptional customer experiences and address client inquiries.

Required skills

  • Active EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney credential with tax preparation experience.
  • Minimum of 3 years experience filing federal and state tax returns.
  • Proficient in professional tax preparation software.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bilingual communication skills (English/Spanish) are a plus.
  • Experience in holistic tax advisory services beyond tax filing.
