Overview

Intuit is looking for motivated individuals to join as Tax Experts - Retail On-Site during the tax season. This role involves helping customers navigate their tax needs and building strong community relationships through proactive outreach and exceptional service, all while supporting Intuit's mission to empower financial prosperity.

Key responsibilities

  • Act as a community ambassador to represent TurboTax locally
  • Engage and convert prospects into long-term clients
  • Provide comprehensive tax advice and preparation services
  • Conduct discovery sessions to uncover deductions and minimize tax liabilities
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to help clients achieve their financial goals
  • Address client inquiries and help them overcome tax-related challenges

Required skills

  • Active EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney credential with tax preparation experience
  • 3+ years of experience filing 50+ federal/state individual tax returns per season
  • Familiarity with Circular 230
  • Flexible availability for 25-34 hours per week, including evenings and weekends
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Proficiency with technology, including tax preparation software and CRM tools
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on growing a customer portfolio
  • Bilingual communication skills (English/Spanish) are a plus
