Overview

Intuit is seeking motivated individuals for the role of Tax Consultant (CPA or EA required) for their seasonal TurboTax locations. This position combines tax expertise with community engagement, helping customers with their tax needs and establishing long-term relationships. You will serve clients both in-person and virtually while providing tailored tax services and advice.

Key responsibilities

  • Act as a community ambassador for TurboTax, engaging with prospects and nurturing client relationships.
  • Provide full-service tax return preparation, advice, and support for various tax situations.
  • Conduct discovery sessions and tax reviews to identify deductions and provide tax planning advice.
  • Deliver exceptional customer experiences through professionalism and genuine interest.
  • Use communication tools to effectively connect with clients and address their inquiries.

Required skills

  • Active EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney credential with strong tax preparation experience.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience filing 50 or more federal and state individual tax returns.
  • Familiarity with Circular 230 regulations.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in tax preparation software and CRM/sales tools.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.
  • Bilingual communication skills in English and Spanish are a plus.
