Overview

Intuit is seeking motivated Tax Experts to join their team as seasonal Tax Consultants at TurboTax locations across the U.S. This role focuses on community engagement and providing tax services while helping customers navigate their tax needs. You'll build relationships and utilize TurboTax software to deliver exceptional tax advice and customer experiences.

Key responsibilities

  • Represent TurboTax in the community as a proactive ambassador.
  • Engage with new prospects and convert them into long-term clients.
  • Lead local events and participate in local marketing efforts.
  • Provide hands-on tax advice and preparation for clients.
  • Facilitate tax reviews to uncover deductions and minimize liabilities.
  • Create an exceptional customer experience through genuine interactions.
  • Address client inquiries and help them overcome tax-related challenges.

Required skills

  • Active EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney credential with strong tax preparation experience.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience filing federal and state individual tax returns.
  • Familiarity with Circular 230 and tax laws.
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Proficient with tax preparation software and CRM/sales tools.
  • Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus.
