Overview

Intuit is looking for motivated Tax Associates to work seasonally at TurboTax locations in the United States. This role involves providing expert tax services, engaging with the community, and building lasting client relationships to help them navigate their tax needs while supporting Intuit's mission of promoting financial prosperity.

Key responsibilities

  • Serve as a community ambassador for TurboTax by engaging with new prospects and nurturing leads.
  • Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for various tax situations.
  • Facilitate discovery sessions and tax reviews to uncover deductions and optimize tax returns.
  • Create exceptional customer experiences through professionalism and a genuine interest in clients' financial goals.
  • Interact with customers both in-person and through video communication tools.

Required skills

  • Minimum 3 years of experience filing 50 or more federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per tax season using profe
  • Ability to obtain necessary State licenses and an active Preparer Tax Identification Number (PTIN).
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in technology, including tax preparation software and CRM/sales tools.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills are a plus.
