Overview

Intuit is seeking motivated individuals for the seasonal role of Tax Associate - Retail On-Site at TurboTax locations. This role focuses on assisting customers with their tax needs, building long-term client relationships, and engaging with the community.

Key responsibilities

  • Represent TurboTax in the local community and engage with new prospects
  • Provide hands-on tax advice and preparation services for clients
  • Conduct tax reviews and discovery sessions to optimize deductions and maximize refunds
  • Create an exceptional customer experience through professionalism and genuine care
  • Interact with customers in person and via video communication tools

Required skills

  • Minimum 3 years of experience filing individual tax returns using professional software
  • Ability to obtain necessary state licenses and an active PTIN
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Proficient with tax preparation software and CRM/sales tools
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
  • Experience in holistic tax advisory services is beneficial
