Overview

Intuit is seeking passionate and motivated individuals to join their team as Tax Associates - Retail On-Site during tax season at TurboTax locations across the United States. This role focuses on community engagement, customer service, and tax expertise as associates help clients navigate their tax needs, build long-lasting relationships, and foster trust within the community.

Key responsibilities

  • Act as a proactive community ambassador for TurboTax
  • Engage with prospects and convert them into long-term clients
  • Lead local events and participate in marketing activities
  • Provide full-service tax preparation and advice for clients
  • Uncover deductions and minimize tax liabilities through tax reviews
  • Create exceptional customer experiences and address inquiries
  • Build a local and online presence by creating accessible tax-related content

Required skills

  • Minimum 3 years of experience filing federal and state tax returns
  • Familiarity with Circular 230
  • Ability to obtain State licenses and PTIN
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Customer service skills and a professional demeanor
  • Proficient with tax preparation software and CRM tools
  • Adaptable to a fast-paced environment
