Overview

Intuit is seeking motivated Tax Associates to join their TurboTax team in Fort Worth, Texas, on a seasonal basis. The role involves providing tax expertise and building long-term relationships with clients within the community, empowering them to achieve positive financial outcomes while promoting TurboTax services.

Key responsibilities

  • Engage with potential customers and convert them into long-term clients through proactive outreach.
  • Provide hands-on tax advice and preparation services for various tax situations.
  • Conduct discovery sessions and tax reviews to uncover deductions and maximize refunds.
  • Create an exceptional customer experience by addressing inquiries and helping clients navigate tax-related challenges.
  • Represent TurboTax in the community through local events and marketing efforts.

Required skills

  • Minimum of 3 years experience filing 50 or more federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per season using professio
  • Familiarity with Circular 230.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in tax preparation software and CRM/sales tools.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills are a plus.
