Overview

Intuit is seeking motivated individuals to join their team as Tax Associates - Retail On-Site in new TurboTax locations on a seasonal basis. This role involves helping customers navigate their tax needs, providing tax expertise, and building long-term client relationships within the community.

Key responsibilities

  • Represent TurboTax in the community as a proactive ambassador.
  • Engage with new prospects and convert them into long-term clients.
  • Lead local events and participate in marketing efforts.
  • Provide hands-on tax advice and preparation services.
  • Conduct discovery sessions and tax reviews.
  • Create exceptional customer experiences through professionalism.
  • Use video communication tools to interact with clients.
  • Address client inquiries and challenges related to taxes.

Required skills

  • 3 years of experience filing 50+ federal and state individual tax returns per season.
  • Familiarity with Circular 230.
  • Ability to obtain related State licenses and an active PTIN.
  • Flexible availability for a 25-34 hour weekly schedule.
  • Strong customer service skills and a collaborative team approach.
  • Proficient with tax preparation software and CRM/sales tools.
  • Bilingual communication skills (English/Spanish) are a plus.
  • Experience in holistic tax advisory services.
