Overview

Intuit is looking for motivated Tax Associates to join their TurboTax locations throughout the United States on a seasonal basis. This role involves assisting customers with their tax needs, leveraging tax expertise to provide personalized service and build long-term client relationships within the community.

Key responsibilities

  • Serve as a community ambassador for TurboTax, engaging with potential clients and nurturing leads.
  • Provide hands-on tax advice and preparation services for a range of tax situations.
  • Facilitate tax reviews and planning sessions to maximize refunds and minimize liabilities.
  • Create exceptional customer experiences by connecting with clients and addressing their inquiries.
  • Utilize TurboTax marketing resources to grow client base and promote services locally.

Required skills

  • Minimum 3 years of experience filing 50 or more federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per season using professio
  • Ability to obtain necessary state licenses and an active Preparer Tax Identification Number (PTIN).
  • Strong customer service and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proficiency with technology, including tax preparation software and CRM/sales tools.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, during peak tax season.
