Overview

Intuit is seeking motivated individuals to join as Tax Associates - Retail On-Site in TurboTax locations across the United States on a seasonal basis. This role involves providing tax preparation assistance and advice, while also engaging with the local community to foster customer relationships and loyalty.

Key responsibilities

  • Serve as a proactive community ambassador for TurboTax.
  • Engage with prospects and convert them into long-term clients.
  • Provide hands-on tax advice and preparation services for clients.
  • Facilitate tax reviews to uncover deductions and maximize refunds.
  • Create exceptional customer experiences through professionalism.
  • Interact with customers both in-person and virtually.
  • Address client inquiries and tax-related challenges.

Required skills

  • 3+ years of experience filing 50+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per tax season.
  • Experience using professional tax preparation software.
  • Familiarity with Circular 230.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and evenings.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient with technology, including tax preparation software and CRM tools.
  • Bilingual communication skills in English and Spanish are a plus.
