Overview

Intuit is looking for motivated Tax Experts to join their seasonal team at TurboTax retail locations across the United States. This on-site role involves providing tax preparation services, engaging with the community, and building long-term client relationships to empower customers in navigating their tax needs.

Key responsibilities

  • Serve as a proactive community ambassador for TurboTax at a local level.
  • Engage new prospects and convert them into long-term clients through outreach.
  • Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax preparation services.
  • Facilitate discovery sessions and tax reviews to optimize deductions.
  • Create an exceptional customer experience and build trust with clients.
  • Interact with customers in-person and through virtual tools.

Required skills

  • Active, unrestricted credentials such as EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney.
  • Minimum of 3 years experience filing 50 or more 1040 tax returns per season.
  • Proficient in professional tax preparation software.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Technology proficiency, including CRM and sales tools.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills are a plus.
