Overview

Intuit is seeking Tax Experts for its TurboTax Retail locations on a seasonal basis. This role involves providing tax preparation and advice, engaging with the community, and building long-term relationships with clients to support their financial goals.

Key responsibilities

  • Act as a community ambassador for TurboTax, engaging with new prospects
  • Lead local events and marketing to make taxes accessible
  • Provide hands-on tax advice and comprehensive tax preparation services
  • Conduct tax reviews to uncover deductions and provide future tax planning advice
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to build long-term relationships
  • Interact with customers both in-person and virtually

Required skills

  • Active EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney credential
  • Minimum of 3 years experience filing individual 1040 tax returns
  • Familiarity with Circular 230 and tax laws
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Proficient with tax preparation software and CRM tools
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills are a plus
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to manage multiple priorities
