Overview

Intuit is seeking seasonal Tax Experts - Retail On-Site for its TurboTax locations across the United States. This role requires tax expertise and a community-oriented approach to help customers navigate their tax needs, establish long-term relationships, and drive customer loyalty.

Key responsibilities

  • Engage with new prospects and convert them into long-term clients through proactive outreach
  • Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients
  • Facilitate discovery sessions and tax reviews to uncover deductions and provide planning advice
  • Create exceptional customer experiences and build long-term trust with clients
  • Utilize TurboTax marketing support and technology to empower customers

Required skills

  • Active, unrestricted credential (EA, CPA, or practicing attorney)
  • Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing federal and state individual tax returns
  • Familiarity with tax laws and Circular 230
  • Proficient in tax preparation software and CRM/sales tools
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills are a plus
