Overview

Intuit is seeking motivated individuals to join as Tax Experts - Retail On-Site at TurboTax locations across the United States on a seasonal basis. This role focuses on helping customers navigate their tax needs, emphasizing community engagement and establishing long-term relationships to drive loyalty and financial success.

Key responsibilities

  • Serve as a community ambassador for TurboTax, engaging with prospects and nurturing leads into clients
  • Provide hands-on tax advice and preparation services for a range of tax situations
  • Conduct tax reviews to uncover deductions and offer future tax planning advice
  • Create exceptional customer experiences that foster long-lasting relationships
  • Utilize technology, including video tools and tax preparation software, to assist clients

Required skills

  • Active EA, CPA, or Attorney credential with strong tax preparation experience
  • Minimum of 3 years experience filing 50 or more federal and state individual tax returns
  • Familiarity with Circular 230 and active Preparer Tax Identification Number (PTIN)
  • Proficiency in tax preparation software and CRM/sales tools
  • Exceptional customer service skills and strong verbal/written communication
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills are a plus
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to grow a customer portfolio
