Overview

Intuit is seeking motivated Tax Experts for seasonal positions at TurboTax locations nationwide. In this role, you will utilize your tax expertise to serve as a trusted advisor for customers, helping them navigate their tax needs while fostering community engagement and growth for TurboTax.

Key responsibilities

  • Represent TurboTax as a community ambassador and engage new customers
  • Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for clients
  • Conduct discovery sessions and tax reviews to optimize deductions and maximize refunds
  • Create an exceptional customer experience through professionalism and genuine service
  • Interact with clients both in-person and via video communication tools

Required skills

  • Active EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney credential
  • Minimum 3 years of experience filing individual 1040 tax returns
  • Familiarity with Circular 230 and tax laws
  • Proficiency in tax preparation software and CRM/sales tools
  • Exceptional customer service and communication skills
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) skills are a plus
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
