Overview

Intuit is looking for motivated individuals to join their team as Tax Experts - Retail On-Site at TurboTax locations across the United States on a seasonal basis. This role emphasizes community engagement and customer service, helping clients navigate their tax needs while fostering long-term relationships and facilitating positive financial outcomes.

Key responsibilities

  • Serve as a community ambassador, engaging with new prospects and converting them into long-term clients
  • Provide tax advice and full service tax return preparation for diverse tax situations
  • Facilitate discovery sessions and tax reviews to uncover deductions and optimize refunds
  • Create exceptional customer experiences through professionalism and support
  • Interact with customers both in-person and virtually using Intuit's communication tools

Required skills

  • Active EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney credential with strong tax preparation experience
  • Minimum of 3 years experience filing 50 or more federal and state individual 1040 tax returns
  • Familiarity with Circular 230 and professional tax preparation software
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and flexible environment
  • Proficient with technology including CRM/sales tools
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills are a plus
