Overview

Intuit is seeking Tax Experts for their new TurboTax locations, focusing on community engagement and customer support during the tax season. As a seasonal on-site advisor, you will help clients navigate their tax needs while building long-term relationships within the community.

Key responsibilities

  • Serve as a community ambassador, engaging with new prospects and nurturing leads
  • Provide tax preparation and advice for a variety of tax situations
  • Conduct discovery sessions to identify deductions and minimize tax liabilities
  • Create exceptional customer experiences through genuine interactions
  • Interact with clients both in-person and virtually using Intuit's communication tools
  • Execute local marketing events and outreach to promote TurboTax services

Required skills

  • Active EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney credential
  • Minimum 3 years of experience filing individual 1040 tax returns
  • Proficiency in professional tax preparation software
  • Knowledge of tax laws and familiarity with Circular 230
  • Flexible availability for a 25-34 hour weekly schedule
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with CRM and sales tools
  • Bilingual communication skills (English/Spanish) are a plus
