Overview

Intuit is looking for Tax Experts - Retail On-Site for seasonal positions in TurboTax locations across the United States. This role combines tax expertise and community engagement to assist customers with their tax needs while working to grow TurboTax's client base within local communities.

Key responsibilities

  • Represent TurboTax as a proactive community ambassador and engage with new prospects.
  • Provide hands-on tax advice and full service tax return preparation.
  • Conduct discovery sessions and tax reviews to optimize deductions and maximize refunds.
  • Create an exceptional customer experience to build long-term client relationships.
  • Utilize technology for in-person and virtual customer interactions.
  • Participate in local marketing and lead community events.

Required skills

  • Active EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney credential with strong tax preparation experience.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience filing federal and state individual 1040 tax returns.
  • Knowledge of tax laws and familiarity with Circular 230.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient with tax preparation software and CRM/sales tools.
  • Bilingual communication skills (English/Spanish) are a plus.
