Overview

Intuit is looking for motivated individuals to join their team as Tax Experts - Retail On-Site in TurboTax locations across the U.S. during the tax season. This role involves providing tax preparation and advisory services while engaging with the community to foster trust and drive customer loyalty.

Key responsibilities

  • Serve as a community ambassador for TurboTax
  • Engage and convert prospects into long-term clients
  • Provide hands-on tax advice and preparation services
  • Facilitate tax reviews to discover deductions and maximize refunds
  • Create exceptional customer experiences through professionalism
  • Interact with customers in-person and via video communication
  • Build trust and maintain long-term relationships with clients

Required skills

  • Active EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney credential
  • Minimum 3 years of experience filing individual 1040 returns
  • Familiarity with Circular 230
  • Active Preparer Tax Identification Number (PTIN)
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Proficiency in tax preparation software and CRM tools
  • Bilingual in English/Spanish (a plus)
  • Experience in holistic tax advisory services
